Heather was the first child of Kenneth and Lorraine Zarecor. When Lorraine went into labor, on the precise day her doctor said she would, the doctor ignored frantic calls from Ken to attend to his wife. The result was a brain damaged child. This is the story of two parents learning to deal with a totally unexpected emergency in their lives.
