Bucklers' Yorkshire Buildings

Artists and architects John Buckler and John Chessell Buckler travelled across England in the early 1800s, producing thousands of drawings of buildings and landscapes. This work is held at the British Library. A selection of their Yorkshire drawings, with accompanying commentary on the county's architecture and history, is reproduced in this book.
