In addition to an analytical perspective on the task of driving a vehicle, the casuistic jurisprudence is critically evaluated. In conclusion, a definition is proposed that defuses the dogmatic problems that have arisen. Besides, fundamental thoughts regarding the dogmatics of the abstract strict liability tort are expressed.
