Poet Tree Book

This, Jessy Carlisle's premiere poetry book, includes the iconic "A Tree's Lament" (I Am a Tree), performed by the author at numerous events including the Queensland State Poetry Slam where its echoes caused several passers-by to come join the audience. This selection samples a few of the author's various styles, smoothly transitioning across a number of themes while almost every poem appears somehow related to those around it.
