3 Presidents, 2 Acciidents picks up where MO41: The Bombshell Before Rowell left off, exploring the commonly held belief that the United States federall government engaged in a massive cover-up about outer space aliens visitng the Earth; a cover-up perpeterated by a series of United States presidents and other high ranking goverment officials at any cost, no matter who had to die.
