»Publicity of Committees in the German Bundestag« This thesis examines the existence and scope of a constitutional requirement of committee publicity in the German Bundestag. For this purpose, constitutional imperatives of publicity resulting from the (analogous) application of Art. 42 para. 1 sentence 1 of the German Basic Law as well as on the basis of a general constitutional principle of publicity are analysed. Furthermore, a legal policy reform proposal for committee publicity is developed in the light of national, supra- and international parliamentary practice.
