Kooperation oder Korruption?

»Cooperation or Corruption? - Limits of Cooperation in the Health Care Sector in the Light of §§ 299a, b of the German Criminal Code«: The criminal offenses §§ 299a, b StGB have made bribery and corruption in the health care system a punishable offense since it came into force in 2016. Since then, it has been unclear whether numerous forms of cooperation constitute criminal corruption or whether they are still permissible. In this respect, the thesis offers a handout to deal with the difficult questions of demarcation and to bring light into the darkness of the gray areas relevant to criminal law.
