Love in the Revolution

Memorable love stories, all historically true, of one kind and another, from around the time of the Bolshevik Revolution of 1917. They are all involve Russians and Anglo-Saxons; in most cases, the love affair enabled a Russian woman to leave Soviet Russia, thereby -saving her from persecution, a slow death in the gulag, or simply execution.
