Melatonin for the Restless Mind

Melatonin for the restless mind is a compilation of my early poetic work. it is truly the reflection of my ever-growing mind as I entered into a new stage of life. it is split into four separate sections that encapsulate the themes of the poetry. I began writing this as a senior in high school who felt unheard in his mind. As I began to write I began to better understand my mind and the situations appearing in my life. I look back now still writing and pursuing poetry but now with a new perspective based on what I learned writing these poems.
