Tree Of My Own

One day, a cherry seed falls to the ground. It lies forgotten, till a little plant appears. It pushes its way out of the soil, not demanding much as it grows into a tree-just some water, a loving word now and then. Till the time comes when there it stands, tall and proud, a bearer of red, sweet cherries.
