The author aims to change this situation by offering approaches for organizations, teams, leaders, consultants, as well as those affected by burnout and their families and friends. She seeks to foster a new awareness of social responsibility. In doing so, she builds a bridge to a new perspective on resilience and health, providing an active contribution to prevention and education. Her book offers accessible and approachable insights into a serious topic, enabling an open and healthy approach to this complex, insidious, and life-altering condition.
