Selected Italian-focused recipes produced during my education and work endevors. Inspired by my Nonna, Italian-American Heritage and More! Many of my earliest summertime days were spent at my Italian Grandmother's house while Mom and Dad were off at work. It was during this time the foundation was set as to what "good" Italian food should be. Always sponsored by my Mom and Dad to produce food possible... laying a foundation that has aided me in my culinary experiences ever since.
